Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Overall we are very happy with our sofa. Very well made and sturdy construction.
The seat is a bit too deep to sit for those a bit shorter. They should either slightly reduce the depth or slightly lower the seat to make if easier to sit upright.

We have a mid-century modern house with a unique living room. We needed to maximize our space with a sectional. But all those I found from major retailers or furniture stores were too small, too cheap looking, not offered in leather, or not customizable. Before ordering I got all the swatches and those of competitors (joybird in particular). I tried to scar the leather and the Benchmade leathers stood up to the abuse much better. I was able to order the exact measurements I needed, and it was custom made and delivered. Our first couch had a delivery snafu (no fault of Benchmade modern) but they IMMEDIATELY assured me they would make it right, had a completely new sectional made (while we kept the original one over the holidays so we wouldn't be without a sofa) and delivered the new one white glove. We get compliments from everyone, and I can't imagine my living room without it. When you add good customer service to that, it is a no brainer!
