We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I love my sectional but the shipping process was a total fiasco. I was informed by BMM that the shipping to a regional facility was in motion and that I would be contacted by them a week later to set up a date. Four days later I received a message that my sectional was ON THE TRUCK and was going to be delivered. I had not had time to move my existing furniture nor schedule a date and time when I was sure I could be home. After a frantic few hours with calls to friends to move furniture we worked it out but it was not optimal nor stress-free. Saying that, I love the look and craftsmanship of my Tyler bench sectional and it looks great! -- Carolyn Engelhard

I was so excited to find BenchMade Modern and the Tyler sectional! Everything else I had come across was either bulky or too big for our space, so customized dimensions with high quality was a dream come true. I was impressed by how quickly the fabric swatches and full size template came, and the BenchMade team was very friendly and communicative through the production. There was an issue with the back when it arrived, and they were responsive and helpful to fix the issue. I’m giving this 4 stars because the cushions leave dimple marks when a hand (or our dog’s paws) apply pressure, but they do immediately smooth out when wiping with your hand.

My husband and I were quite nervous about ordering a couch sight unseen, but we really liked two things about Benchmade:
1. They're made in the USA
2. We could customize the dimensions down to a T
We took the plunge and ordered a couch with an extra oversized ottoman. Once the couch arrived, my husband specifically commented on the quality construction. The legs/supports are bolted, which will make disassembling the couch a breeze if we ever move someday. We also really like that the sectional components are attached via a very secure metal bracket, which mean that Benchmade's sectional pieces don't slide apart like our old couch did.
6 months after receiving our couch, we could not be happier with the experience and quality! Our couch is now our favorite spot in our entire home.

We love the couch but are a little disappointed in the dimples the leather cushions developed in just the first couple of days of using it. Wondering if a little more stuffing would keep the surfaces more taught and smooth looking.
