We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

This is a firm sofa but comfortable enough that I have taken three naps since getting it two weeks ago. The aubergine color changes slightly depending on the light, which is a nice feature. You can sit anywhere along the sofa—side or middle—and find equal support. It's definitely mid-century looking, as in the 1950s, but very classy and unique in the subtle features that make a design stand out. The only weird complaint is that it arrived two weeks before the scheduled date which was given when I ordered it. I had to change to white glove delivery at the last minute since I wouldn't be home, and the customer service rep told me there was a glitch in the ordering process, which doesn't offer the white glove option when you place the order. You might want to check that out. I recommend white glove -- I was told the sofa was packed in cardboard with a wooden support structure around the edges, and it took two people to put the legs on.
