We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

A well designed, well made couch. The customer service was responsive, and after having troubles with the delivery company, a responsive customer service was essential. The comfort is fantastic: firm, but cozy. The upholstery and stuffing and stitching and legs, all solid build. A fantastic piece to last a lifetime.

Fantastic couch. Easy ordering process that allowed me customize it exactly to my needs. Looks amazing and the fabric has, so far, withstood one kid, two cats, and one dog. The delivery schedule could have been clearer but, overall, a very smooth process. Highly recommend. Great value.

I can’t afford one of these new but found one used online and I absolutely love it, the details, the plush fabric used under the cushions, the flap of fabric to cover the tags, the hardware for the legs. They clearly do great work here.
