We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I agonized over this purchase. I needed something to fit my tiny living room that would provide comfort without making the room feel smaller. I got just that. I ordered a 65 inch uptown couch with bumper. My 12 by 18 ft living room walls are lined by bookshelves and windows, so this had to fit in the middle somehow. Well, the opensided loveseat makes the room feel airy and fluid and yet my toddlers and I immediately snuggled into the couch to read books. It really is the best of both needs, comfortable and small. I’m so happy. The construction seems sturdy. The feel is soft but supportive. And the high performance material has already held up well to sticky fingers and small coffee spills. The color (glee marvel) is lighter than I expected but honestly I’m so happy with the function and quality of the couch, I don’t care. I am also impressed with the customer service I received. So thank you. We’ll see how this holds up to the test of time but for now I give it 5 stars.
