Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Really, I could not be happier. The entire process; from design, size, fabric and color selection, could not have been easier. It actually was a very fun experience and entailed a small group of family offering opinions, thoughts and suggestions. On the grand day of delivery, everyone was amazed, including myself. Now, each morning, as I travel from bedroom to kitchen, I see the Up-Town loveseats resting in the den and a smile is brought to my face. I am so happy that there are still American Craftsmen who obviously take pride in their work.
