Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I needed a sectional that could seat four, but wasn't too large as it sits in the middle of the room. I could find nothing good on-line that wasn't custom made. I did a lot of research and decided to go with Benchmade due to their terrific reviews, which NO One else had, and they did not disappoint. The sofa took a bit longer than expected, so they upgraded us to white glove delivery, which was great! We absolutely love the fabric, the color, the durability, and the fact that our dog can sit on top of the back cushions on a pet friendly fabric that will hide a multitude of sins like dog hair and dirty paws. It's beautiful, well made and the lines are very clean and pleasing. I did not really want to spend what we did - it was the price of my first new car! But, we are very pleased with the product and expect it to last a long time.

I’ve looked at Benchmade Modern for years, but I was nervous to buy a sofa online. We finally decided on the 100” Vera in Blake Toffee. It’s so comfortable and very well made. This is a quality sofa. Customer service was great to work with and the sofa arrived within a month. I’ll recommend Benchmade Modern to everyone, and I’m back today to order chairs.

We are really enjoying our new sofa. It looks great and is very well constructed. The delivery was flawless and the price was extremely reasonable when compared to similar well made sofas. I would definitely recommend purchasing a sofa from Benchmade.
