Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

First off, Benchmade delivered on nearly every promise. The build quality seems great, delivery was fast and painless, and we love the design of the couch. Our sole disappointment was that the Charles Basil fabric is a significant departure (in our eyes) from marketing materials. The first photos represent Benchmade marketing and customer submitted photos of the Charles Basil fabric. The second and third photos are the actual color we received, which seem muted and much less vibrant than we expected. My wife and I both want to love this couch, but the color is making it difficult for us.

I love this sofa. At first I was a little worried that the back was too low, but it's not. If you like to lean your head back while sitting up straight, you may want to get the version of the Couch Potato that has a higher back.
The OG lets you lean your head back if you've got your feet up and you're scootched a little down. I wanted a low back sectional because my room is wide and only has 8' ceilings, so I knew a high-backed sofa would not work.
The leather is superb. We got the Marfa in Sugar Cookie, which is pretty light. I have dogs and they have scuffed it a bit, but it shows less than I thought it would. Thus far, it is wearing beautifully. The leather is a little slick, so my artfully arranged throw pillows always slide flat. But ya know, throw pillows are kinda dumb if they're just for aesthetics, so I think I'm going to get rid of most of them and just keep 2-3 in the corner in case they're needed. The leather is NOT sticky on bare skin when it's hot, which is amazing. I don't have to peel my legs off it when i'm wearing shorts.
The cushions are very firm (I think we got the trillium), so if you want a super plush feel, maybe go with the other option? I like the firmness, because it's very supportive and the leather doesn't get all wrinkly or deflated when you get up.
I wish it was maybe a tiny bit deeper, just because I like a lot of options on how to sit. Don't get me wrong, it's plenty deep, but I like to not have to rearrange pillows when I sit on a sofa.…

We love our benchmade modern OG Couch Potato Sectional. We got an L with uneven sides to fit in our family room. It’s a tank of a couch, so substantial. The pillows are heavy and durable. It’s comfortable and not too low. We were worried about it being too low.
Looking forward to how this holds up against our kids over time but it’s all very high quality and well made and has held up to them so far.
I’d recommend this company and couch to anyone.
