Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We expected this sofa to be great because of its size/shape/color, but it is better than expected! The excellent build quality is immediately noticeable. The leather is soft and well stitched, the cushions are firm yet comfortable, the depths is great, the arm rest is positioned at a perfect height with good width, the discreet zippers to keep the cushions in place was a nice touch as well. Super happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.

We bought the OG sectional with bumper about 6 months ago and while we like the dimensions, fabric and look of the sofa, unfortunately it isn’t as supportive as we wanted. We also chose the firmer option for cushions, and there are some areas of the sectional that are way too sinky feeling. It feels like we have had the sofa for 6-8 years already. Will try to get at least some cushions restuffed at a local shop, just wish we didnt have to spend more to fix this issue.

Went with the classic infill, 40" deep (larger), McGee cream. The reviews are the real deal. 5 stars across the board. Purchased this online, sight unseen, didn't test the foam, etc. and received a 10/10 product. Both myself and my wife love this. LOVE IT.

I bought my Benchmade Modern sofa years ago and have loved it from day one. The build quality, comfort, and design have held up beautifully, which is why I never felt the need to replace it. In 2025, I decided I wanted to add a matching ottoman.
When I went back to the Benchmade Modern website, I discovered that the ottoman for my sofa model was no longer in production and, even worse, my original fabric had been discontinued. I reached out to customer service expecting to get a “closest available option” recommendation.
What I got instead was exceptional.
Their team went into their workshop inventory, found that they still had enough of my original fabric on hand, and offered to custom-build an ottoman specifically to match my five-year-old sofa. That level of service is almost unheard of today.
When the ottoman arrived, it was flawless. The fabric, color, and texture matched perfectly. The proportions were right. It genuinely looks like it was purchased as part of the original set. You would never guess these two pieces were made five years apart.
This is what real craftsmanship and real customer service look like. Benchmade Modern didn’t just sell me furniture, they stood behind it long after the sale, and that’s what separates a premium brand from everyone else.
