We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

So we got the OG Couch Potato sectional, double chaise, with the luxe filling.
It is….amazing. Every time my dad comes to visit he explicitly says “I need to go upstairs and lay on that couch first”, my sister has eagerly slept on it, I’ve also napped on it. It’s no joke! It’s a seriously comfy couch!
To business. It’s pretty light weight for what you’d actually expect. It wasn’t insanely difficult (or scary) to carry the sections upstairs. Once it is fit together, it really stays put. We’ve had our couch for a few months now and haven’t had it separate or lose fluffiness. So far, the couch still feels new.
The aforementioned fluffiness? This couch is a cloud. We haven’t needed to fluff it or anything. It’s very cushy, but not *too* cushy. You sink down into it but you’re not falling between the cushions and you don’t have to wiggle around to get back up. Instead, the trillium filling feels almost downy. It’s very luxurious.
The couch is currently in our TV/playroom. It’s been spilled on by our kids and ya can’t even tell. We went with the Charles Spruce performance fabric. It seems to hold up! It’s softer that I thought it would be. I was expecting a rougher basket weave. This is still a basket weave but the texture is a microfiber, soft feel.
All around worth it. I’m so happy with this couch and don’t doubt it’s going to last years, decades.
