Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I got this chair and matching ottoman. Super comfortable. My second order from BenchMade. It is frankly hard to believe that you can order furniture of this quality and have it arrive so quickly. Great customer service. Not cheap, but worth every penny. If you are accustomed to West Elm, Crate and Barrel, etc. be prepared for a huge quality upgrade that you will most definitely notice.
