Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Our experience with Benchmade Modern exceeded high expectations. It seemed perhaps risky to spend significant money on a large sectional that we expect to last for a long time, without first having seen or sat in an example. But the sofa itself was manufactured exactly as we wanted, with high quality, visual appeal and great comfort.
The customer service was just as noteworthy as the sectional. Various staff members accommodated special requests with understanding and superior communication. A post-delivery issue was also handled with extremely responsive service.
This was definitely a good new model for buying quality furniture.

Our leather couch potato is an excellent corner sectional. The leather is wonderfully supple and the cushions are perfectly stuffed, both cushy and supportive. The only critique of the couch potato design I could give is the fairly hard, square, and lightly padded corner on the arm. The requires a pillow for nesting in the corner or lying down with a head propped up. Not an issue at all, but if I could change anything I'd make this arm more of an integrated cozy corner. Great couch - you won't be disappointed!

We have a cat, and he hasn't scratched it up in the first month, so we would recommend this as a cat-friendly furniture solution with the right leather type. Quality build as far as eye/touch tests is concerned. Would've been nice to include a leather care guide or some additional information on how we can take care of the furniture.
