We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We received the Couch Potato a few days ago and it is absolutely perfect!!! At first we ordered the OG Couch Potato but it did not fit our needs. After discussing things with the Benchmade Modern team we finalized on the Coach Potato with the the extra deep cushions and the "softer" back cushions.
It is EXACTLY what we wanted!!
The couch should serve us well for MANY years...

My wife and I plus our two cats have been enjoying this large sectional in our basement movie area. It's really cozy and big (we ordered the longest sectionals option.) We did end up having to ship back one of the large chaise corner sections due to damage in the fabric during shipping. Customer service quickly took care of the replacement and ordered a new piece be made and shipped back out with white glove delivery and picked up the damaged section from the original order. I hope it will be built to last a while, our cats did scratch a portion of the back while trying to climb and removed some stitching within a month but thankfully that was the section that was replaced so it's all new now. We have placed blankets to cover the back so hopefully they don't scratch it up again. If you have crazy cats that tend to scratch furniture just be aware even with the performance fabric (Charles Spa) they may still scratch it up. Overall, we really like it and would consider ordering more furniture from BM.

Our experience with Benchmade was five stars from beginning to end. We got our fabric samples quickly, got speedy and friendly answers to questions before we bought, and the couch was in our house just over 3 weeks from our order date. It was packed well, with no damage, and the communication during the whole process was excellent.
We are super happy with the look and comfort too! We went with the foam and fiber cushions for a firmer feel. The seat cushions are perfect, and the back cushions are a little stiff, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for, as I’m expecting them to soften over time with use. We chose the Nash Stone fabric, and it feels very durable and high quality and gives a nice neutral look with some texture and interest.
This is the most expensive couch I’ve ever bought, and I can tell a huge difference from the regular chain store models I’ve paid less for in the past. I will absolutely order from them again!

Our experience with Benchmade Modern exceeded high expectations. It seemed perhaps risky to spend significant money on a large sectional that we expect to last for a long time, without first having seen or sat in an example. But the sofa itself was manufactured exactly as we wanted, with high quality, visual appeal and great comfort.
The customer service was just as noteworthy as the sectional. Various staff members accommodated special requests with understanding and superior communication. A post-delivery issue was also handled with extremely responsive service.
This was definitely a good new model for buying quality furniture.
