Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

The sectional is very nice. However, it was delivered damaged and sat on its side in my house for over a month before they could get someone to fix it.

The sofa is deep so I got two 24x24 pillows. Made it even cozier.

We purchased the Crowd Pleaser sectional because this was the best option we found to maximize seating space in our small living/dining area. We love the good support and comfort it offers with the standard cushions. Some of our guests have to put a pillow behind their back due to the seating depth of 23”. The fabric color, Julius Spruce, is just right with our pine paneling, adding brightness.
We felt the corner cushion was sagging along the bumper side of the sectional. Lisa in customer service worked to have another cushion made and sent, which seems to be much more consistent with the other cushions.
This was our first online furniture order. Each person we dealt with in customer service was helpful in answering our many questions. We have since ordered a sleeper sofa from Benchmade, which is also fine quality.
