Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

We’ve had the Lucca sectional for about 2 months and it is perfect! The cushions feel very dense and high quality (got the down alternative). The sofa design is beautiful, and I love the Becket Sage velvet - it is incredibly soft and the color is so dynamic in the way it changes throughout the day. Also the associate (Star) was incredibly helpful and patient answering all my questions and she gave me great advice. It’s so nice to have room for my family of five on this sectional. I highly recommend the Lucca!

I adore the look and feel of our new sofas. They seem to be holding up well to our pets and kids. The cushions have a little more separation between them than I would like but I’m starting to think thats just the way of sofas. The delivery process wasn’t super smooth. One of the two matching sofas was “lost” for a short period of time but I think that was an error on the part of the delivery service, not BenchMade and BenchMade was extremely responsive in addressing the problem when I reached out. I’ll buy from them again. I have my eye on some swivel chairs!
