Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

I adore the look and feel of our new sofas. They seem to be holding up well to our pets and kids. The cushions have a little more separation between them than I would like but I’m starting to think thats just the way of sofas. The delivery process wasn’t super smooth. One of the two matching sofas was “lost” for a short period of time but I think that was an error on the part of the delivery service, not BenchMade and BenchMade was extremely responsive in addressing the problem when I reached out. I’ll buy from them again. I have my eye on some swivel chairs!
