Shipping rates to the 48 contiguous United States vary based on the type of items in your order and the total, non-discounted price of your order. Shipping starts at $149 for made-to-order upholstered furniture & will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping starts at $29 for smaller designs delivered by UPS or FedEx.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Went with the classic infill, 40" deep (larger), McGee cream. The reviews are the real deal. 5 stars across the board. Purchased this online, sight unseen, didn't test the foam, etc. and received a 10/10 product. Both myself and my wife love this. LOVE IT.

The bed took about 2 1/2 months to arrive. But when it did, it was perfect and very solidly built. We were able to put it together ourselves very easily.

Most comfortable couch I've ever had. The Shepherd Flint fabric is so soft and looks great. Pairs well with the Shepherd Metal throw pillows (small lumbar). The firm cushions are just what I needed. Support was also very responsive to questions. Standard delivery was easy and unpacking the couch was relatively straightforward for one person to do. My dog took to it immediately, and the fabric hides her hair well.

We love our OG Couch Potato Sofa with Chaise. It's comfy and my daughter has spilled multiple items and we were able to wipe up the mess very easily off the performance fabric. I'm reducing the stars because we paid extra money for a "white glove delivery" and the delivery service was poor. They arrived smelling a little like alcohol. We asked them to deliver the unit through our sliding door to move the couch into the Living Area. Upon delivery, they hit the slider and I didn't realize they had damaged it until after they left. We took some photos and complained to Benchmade Modern and they would contact the delivery service and we never heard back from them. While I do like the couch, I think it was a waste of money to spend on the white glove delivery service and now we have to repair the damage done to the sliding door.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the white glove delivery service. It's disheartening to hear about the damage to your sliding door and the overall poor service. Super comfy couch that with a slight customization led to a perfect fit providing the maximum amount of couch for my small space. Great service from Star & Mike throughout the process. They helped with the size customization and delaying the shipping slightly to accommodate ease of delivery on my end. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Many thanks and will definitely recommend. Now if I can just get the pups to make room for me!
