We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

Overall, I would not recommend the OG because the back is so low. It's not a comfortable couch and offers very little back support. It's mostly for lounging / laying prone, which is nice, but not for 100% of the time for every person who sits on the couch.
Pros:
- Workmanship; feels very solid
- Speed; came to my door within 5 weeks from checkout
- Fabric options, color and feel
- Customization
Con's:
- Wish there was a showroom and I had a chance to try it out; I probably would still have gone Benchmade but not this particular model
- The cushion is not for me. Soft, sure - but so soft that I constantly have to fluff the pillows and show the seat cushion back into the back of the couch.

Most comfortable couch I've ever had. The Shepherd Flint fabric is so soft and looks great. Pairs well with the Shepherd Metal throw pillows (small lumbar). The firm cushions are just what I needed. Support was also very responsive to questions. Standard delivery was easy and unpacking the couch was relatively straightforward for one person to do. My dog took to it immediately, and the fabric hides her hair well.

We love our OG Couch Potato Sofa with Chaise. It's comfy and my daughter has spilled multiple items and we were able to wipe up the mess very easily off the performance fabric. I'm reducing the stars because we paid extra money for a "white glove delivery" and the delivery service was poor. They arrived smelling a little like alcohol. We asked them to deliver the unit through our sliding door to move the couch into the Living Area. Upon delivery, they hit the slider and I didn't realize they had damaged it until after they left. We took some photos and complained to Benchmade Modern and they would contact the delivery service and we never heard back from them. While I do like the couch, I think it was a waste of money to spend on the white glove delivery service and now we have to repair the damage done to the sliding door.
