Purchased in Becket latte luxe velvet with down alternative cushions a few months ago. It’s beautiful, easy to clean (much appreciated as we have a couch dog) and the cushions are firm and comfy. Cushions don’t require much fluffing and they stay in place. Delivery and setup was seamless and it was well worth the wait for this custom couch. Customer service was super helpful and responsive when asking for timeline updates and delivery coordination.

I love this couch so much it's scary. It's exactly everything I ever wanted in a couch: comfortable but not too squishy, extra deep, performance and pet friendly fabric, and long enough that my dog and I can share. Delivery was very quick, and the white glove service was a breeze. I could not be happier. I love being a couch potato on my Couch Potato!

I spent MONTHS researching custom sectionals and I’m so glad I found Benchmade Modern. Ordering swatches was easy and quick. I love the customization. Love all the fabric swatches and sort of made an impulse decision to go with blue. Ended up with Arden Chambray and it’s so pretty and so soft. It was exactly 6 weeks from order to delivery which included a delay of one week because of production delays, but is faster than anywhere else I was looking. As far as the sectional goes, this thing is a beast. It actually took five men to get it in my house and over a railing. After taking the plastic off I realized we could have removed the cushions to help with the weight because the cushions themselves are so high quality with great weight to them. Went with the down alternative which I love. It was a little stiff at first but only took a week to “break in.” It’s a great combination of firm yet cozy. I’m so glad we got the extra deep, it’s perfect for lounging and such a great size. My husband is 6’1” and can comfortably rest his head back on the seat cushion. Customer service was also great with multiple updates through production and shipping. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase and plan to order from them again if I need any custom furniture!!

If you are considering purchasing this sofa, run, don't walk, and do it! I spent SO much time searching the site comparing different options, measuring, ordering swatches (which are free and arrive in a flash), and pestering customer service with questions (who are amazing, btw). I ended up choosing the couch potato with the standard fill as I wanted a more firm, structured piece. I can't express how much I love it! It's comfy without hurting my back like other squishy sofas. And it's SO pretty. I adore the color I chose which is "clay". Benchmade will forever be my resource for sofas.
