We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so we offer a flexible return policy should your new furniture arrive and not be the perfect fit for you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Please note that all Pillows and Special Order Items are non-returnable.

If you are considering purchasing this sofa, run, don't walk, and do it! I spent SO much time searching the site comparing different options, measuring, ordering swatches (which are free and arrive in a flash), and pestering customer service with questions (who are amazing, btw). I ended up choosing the couch potato with the standard fill as I wanted a more firm, structured piece. I can't express how much I love it! It's comfy without hurting my back like other squishy sofas. And it's SO pretty. I adore the color I chose which is "clay". Benchmade will forever be my resource for sofas.

Ordered Couch Potato Sofa in Ponti leather and am delighted. Leather is uniform and attractive, the stitching is without flaws, and the frame feels solid. Cushions (selected firmer) are firm but not board-hard. They give us comfortable back support.
Customer Service was outstanding. We had a delivery complication (no fault of Benchmade) and they were reassuring, helpful, even generous about re-working the re-delivery.

So far, we are enjoying this Couch Potato (extra deep) very much. We custom ordered it with Charles Navy and are happy we did. The cushions are heavy and well filled. The filling of the extra deep chaise cushion seems a little misaligned. In other words the edges of the cushion inside are not lined up with the edges of the exterior fabric. Hopefully that is something that will self correct over time as the cushion loosens up and we will be able to pull the fabric forward to line up potentially.
Delivery through a third party company was a little tricky. They said they would confirm a time, and then i got a text message saying they were ten minutes away. This could have been extremely inconvenient if I didn't happen to be at home that day. It seems that once the couch is in delivery company's hands, Benchmade isn't around to help with the delivery experience at all. I sent some emails before "accepting" the package but in that moment, didnt get an answer back. We made the decision to cut open the boxes on the sidewalk and I paid extra to have the delivery guys bring it in. For those purchasing, expect this extra tip fee. Maybe $20-30 per person (two people on truck).
The overall experience was really easy though. We had swatches delivered so we could choose, and the couch feels like a quality product. There is a weight and stability that you don't get with Ikea or other cheap buys.

Gorgeous material, super comfy. You can tell the frame is very sturdy. I've already spilled red wine on it and it beaded off instantly.
This will be a couch o keep for a long time.
Delivery was lighting fast and the white glove service was worth it as this is a heavy piece of furniture.
