Items returned within 14 days will receive a refund on the full amount paid less the shipping fee. Items returned within 100 days of delivery (and outside of the 14 day return window) will receive a refund on the full amount paid less a 10% processing fee and the shipping fee. Hopefully this one won't be filtered out. The couch is very well-made, no complaints on the quality. Shortly after receiving it, however, I reached out to customer service about a bad smell of the couch only to be given very unhelpful advice. Over a year later, my couch still smells bad, and I deeply regret buying it.

This sofa is so well-made and gorgeous. I ordered it in the Ponti deep blue leather, which is a beautiful deep blue color and nice leather. My main issue with the sofa, however, is that I have had an issue with an unpleasant smell since I got it last year. The smell rubs off on everything I put on it, and it's not just me - everyone smells it. Support had suggested using a damp cloth and then a dry cloth to minimize or eliminate the issue, but it never really worked despite many attempts. Given the price, I deeply regret the purchase, but cannot deny the build quality and quick turnaround time.

It looks beautiful in our living room. I wish I had ordered the chaise a little bit longer but that's my fault. The Meis Denim fabric is beautiful and seems very durable for our two large dogs who continuously jump on and off it. The delivery went very smoothly and arrived earlier than expected. Can't beat Benchmade's quick turnaround for a customized product. This is the third sofa we've purchased and we love all of them!

I purchased a vacation rental property on Cape Cod in late December. With all of the issues with supply chain delays, finding a suitable sofa manufacturer that could commit to custom fabrication & delivery in 8-10 weeks was a challenge. I spent a long time researching and decided on BenchMade Modern. I loved that they sent an entire swatch box (for free!) which allowed me to perfectly select the right color. The sofa was manufactured on time and delivered on schedule, in perfect condition. I went with the standard cushions (to reduce the "fluffing" others had mentioned. They are firm, but very comfortable! It's always a risk buying something so personal, sight unseen! I could not be happier with the end result!
